Making Metros Greener

Every time I visit a U.S. city, I try to find a path, park or greenway so I can be in nature and see the city from a different angle. Without doubt, these parks and pathways are filled with local citizens enjoying these outdoor resources.

Viable parks, waterways and greenways make cities come alive. So before I left, I made sure the great FedEx team members in Ottawa brought me a shovel to work with!

Almost 40 FedEx team members in Boston did just that when they volunteered at the Green Apple Festival Volunteer Action at the Stone Zoo in Stoneham, MA on April 17.
